Fans of the show can apply for the chance to be in the audience.
Irish Oscar-nominee Paul Mescal has been confirmed to appear on an upcoming episode of The Late Late Show.
In an Instagram post, RTÉ confirmed that the actor will be in conversation with host Patrick Kielty.
This is to talk about his new blockbuster movie Gladiator II – in which the Maynooth man stars alongside Denzel Washington, Joseph Quinn and Pedro Pascal.
“Paul Mescal will be joining us in studio ahead of release of Gladiator 2,” the post read.
RTÉ also offered fans of the programme the chance to apply to be in the audience for the interview.
“Want to be in the audience? Email [email protected] with Paul Mescal in the subject line.”
It is currently unclear when the Late Late conversation with Mescal will air as the programme is on a break this week.
The long-running talk show, however, will be back on screens on Friday, 15 November.
Mescal, meanwhile, will be at Dublin’s Light House Cinema tomorrow (Thursday, 7 November) for the Irish premiere of Gladiator II.
The actor previously appeared on The Late Late Show this year in January.
This was alongside Andrew Scott, with the pair discussing their powerful drama film All of Us Strangers.
