Pic: The Mighty Ducks had a reunion over the weekend and here is the wonderful evidence

They haven't changed a bit…

They haven’t changed a bit…*

We know all you JOE readers get nostalgic when we talk about the Mighty Ducks and our power ranking of our favourite characters from the hit films went down a treat two weeks ago.

Rumours have been circulating of a possible fourth film and here in JOE, we are beyond excited about the possibility. But for now, they remain rumours so to help sate your thirst for Mighty Ducks’ related news, we have pictures of a 20 years later reunion of the characters from D2: The Mighty Ducks.

We do have some disappointing news though so brace yourselves… Julie ‘The Cat’ Gaffney is nowhere to be seen in the pictures which has left everyone in JOE Towers devastated. They say the first love is the hardest to get over and JOE agrees; we have never quite gotten over our love of ‘The Cat’.

In good news, our favourite character Goldberg is present along with the intimidating Gunnar Stahl. Incase you don’t remember him, he had the wicked triple deke, glove side shot that Julie ‘The Cat’ Gaffney saved in the second film.

*JOE does concede that the characters have in fact changed a lot, but we will always see them as the loveable rogues they were in the movies.

From left, that’s Mike “Luis Mendoza” Vitar, Garrett “Guy Germaine” Henson, Moreau, Vincent “Adam Banks” LaRusso, Aaron “Dean Portman” Lohr and Scott “Gunnar Stahl” Whyte.

They did a Flying V!

Believe it or not, this is Goldberg aka Shaun Weiss.

We wonder if Guy ever got the shift off Connie.
