A fascinating watch.
RTÉ aired Luke Kelly: Prince Of The City on Monday evening, showcasing The Dubliners icon’s life, from his restless upbringing in Dublin, to his star status as one of Ireland’s finest ever musicians.
Concluding with chronicling Kelly’s untimely death in 1984 at the age of 43, the documentary made for joyous and emotive viewing in equal measure, including a lovely anecdote about Ed Sheeran and Glen Hansard.
Here is some of the best reaction to a fantastic watch.

A great reminder that being authentic is all we need to do.#LukeKelly put his heart & soul into his voice, how powerful that realness was.
