5. The ‘More Than A Feeling’ lip-sync moment

We would pay good money to see the Scrubs air-band perform in real life. Please Jebus let this happen, and get The Commitments back together while you’re at it.

This scene wins extra points for featuring lovely Mandy Moore falling on her precious snot.

4. Dr. Perry Cox’s hatred of Hugh Jackman

He really doesn’t fancy the Australian’s acting chops. We feel the same way about Gerard Butler.

3. Ted introduces us to flop sweat

Somewhere between E.R. and The Good Wife, Julianna Margulies’ vile dominatrix managed to bring out the sex kitten in J.D.

She also terrified Ted to the point of doing this.

2. Elliot was jealous after all

Before the ‘bargain basement Ross and Rachel’ storyline got a bit jaded, there were some genuinely cracking moments of sexual tension between Elliot and J.D.

Earlier in this episode, J.D. had accused Elliot of being jealous of the girl he was seeing. She gets very cross, denying all romantic feelings, until this moment.

1. “It’s a bromance, Turk, you can’t fight it.”

The greatest television double act since Ted and Dougal?

J.D. and Turk and the love that dare not speak its name held us spellbound until those pesky interns came and ruined it all.

The less said about the interns the better.
