Always Sunny Season 14

The gang are back.

Throughout the course of Always Sunny, the gang have broken a few disgusting records and been synonymous with some pretty depraved ‘achievements’.

For example, Charlie managed to beat Wade Boggs’ record for downing beers on a flight, the gang successfully solved the gas crisis – Wildcard bitches, YEEEEEHAAAAA – and Dennis can go from flaccid to erect at a moment’s notice.

All this without mentioning Frank’s many accolades in the business world as the CEO of Wolf Cola, fight milk, and that horrific sweatshop that he used to own in Vietnam.

All things considered, the Sunny gang are a five-star group but they’ve got a new record in sight.

That’s because the stars of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia are aiming to break the record for the longest-running live-action comedy series.

After first airing in 2005, the beloved comedy is now in pre-production on its 14th season.

In a previous interview with The Wrap, Charlie Day said that the gang have no intention of stopping at Season 14.

“But I think 15 is the record for a comedy, so I imagine we’ll all want to hold the record for the longest-running comedy in America. Fifteen would be the record for the longest live-action comedy, so we’ll probably try and break that record if we can,” he said.

Well, Rob McElhenney (Mac) has shared the first picture of himself, Charlie Day (Charlie), and Glenn Howerton (Dennis) working on the next episodes – we presume that Frank (Danny DeVito) was off performing some shady grift and The Bird Sweet Dee (Kaitlin Olson) just wasn’t invited….that bitch!

Anyway, we’re just happy to see that we’ll be returning to Paddy’s Pub.

Time to get the rum ham ready.
