The Oasis documentary Supersonic is screening in Dublin with a very special Q&A afterwards

Paul Moore

If you’re an Oasis fan, be here now.

The Light House Cinema in Smithfield, Dublin has established itself as one of the most enjoyable venues in the capital to hear some music. Yes, you read that correctly. A trip to the cinema to hear some music.

Over the years, the venue has screened documentaries/concert films from bands like Talking Heads – Stop Making Sense, LCD Soundsystem – Shut Up and Play the Hits and Pearl Jam – Pearl Jam Twenty and they’re adding to their impressive musical resume with one of the most eagerly anticipated films of the year.

Oasis fans are in for a treat because The Light House will be screening Supersonic, the utterly brilliant new documentary from director Mat Whitecross that tells the remarkable story of the brothers Gallagher. What’s even better though is that there’s going to be a live Q&A livestream with Whitecross directly after the event.

We’re certain that he’s going to be asked some fascinating questions by Oasis fans about what it was like working so closely with Noel and Liam.

JOE was lucky enough to be invited to an exclusive screening of  Supersonic by our friends at eOne and we’re happy to say that it’s everything that an Oasis fan could wish for, including a few cracking anecdotes about their time gigging and holidaying in Ireland.

You can get tickets to the Light House screening here but don’t delay because these tickets won’t live forever. D’you know what I mean?
