Go down to The River.
Fans of ‘the Boss’ will know that arguably Springsteen’s most introspective and personal albums came in the period of 1980-82 with the one-two combo of The River and Nebraska.
The Ties That Bind, directed by Grammy and Emmy winner Thom Zimny, will take an inside look at The River, featuring “Springsteen’s first-person take on his writing process,”.
Since The River was released, it has since gone quintuple platinum and been ranked in Rolling Stone’s list of the 500 greatest albums of all time.
Take a look at the trailer from BODocs that gives us a sneak peak about how the magic was made.
