Plot’s it all about?
The sometimes good guys, sometimes bad guys are back in good guy, saving the universe mode when a race of aliens decides that all lesser life-forms should be destroyed. So really this is just another day in the space-office for the Guardians, but there’s family troubles approaching on all sides with Nebula still wanting to kill her half-sister Gamora, while we’re finally introduced to the “being of pure light” who also happens to be Peter Quill’s dad.
Anyone keeping up to the date with the casting details should know who is playing him – and the trailer doesn’t give much away other than the introduction – but if you’d rather not know, then we suggest you turn the trailer off about ten seconds from the end.
But do watch the rest of it, because It. Is. Awesome.
