Plot’s it all about?
Remember the fresh-faced Augustus Waters from The Fault In Our Stars? Well, he fell in with a bad crowd.
Edgar Wright’s latest action flick features Ansel Elgort as Baby, a hard-driving, tinnitus-suffering, heist getaway driver with an urge to hit the road for good. When he meets the girl of his dreams (Lily James), he gets a chance to escape his criminal past, but is sucked back in by head of the gang, Kevin Spacey (in a role reminiscent of his Prof. Micky Rosa in 21).
The tension in the gang is palpable and it looks like there’ll be strong supporting performances from Jamie Foxx, Jon Bernthal and Mad Men’s Jon Hamm, accompanied by a strong soundtrack that all petrolheads will love.
