Tributes have been pouring in for celebrated actress Angela Lansbury following her death.

shared the news that the Murder She Wrote star passed away at the age of 96 on Tuesday evening.

Since then, stars of stage and screen have been sharing the influence Lansbury has had on them.
Broadway star Kristin Chenoweth recalled Lansbury's work in the musical Mame.
"Nobody did Mame quite like her," she wrote on Twitter. "Rest in peace, Angela Lansbury. Thank you for your art & wisdom."
