Oh my. This looks good.
Having already brought you the fantastic poster and first few trailers for Gareth Edwards’ upcoming monster movie, the brand new International clip for Godzilla has just been released and it is, yet again, something special to behold.
We’ll happily admit that when the latest Godzilla film was first announced, here at JOE HQ we weren’t overly fussed. However, with the news that Monsters helmer Edwards would be calling the shots and, living in the hope that the incredibly annoying Aaron Taylor-Johnson might actually be eaten, we got very excited.
And then very scared.
Disaster, destruction and deadly-looking sights and sounds are the order of the day in this new trailer packed with new footage as Bryan Cranston points out that he’s not crazy… he just has crazy hair is all.
OK, so maybe he didn’t say the last bit about the hair but, when Heisenberg talks, you make sure you damn well listen; something, it seems, that the US Government are reluctant to do until it’s too late.
And yes, that is a floopin’ flying Godzilla-type-thingy you see coming towards you at 1.19…
So sit back, try to relax and be prepared to say “holy shitbuckets.” A lot.
