You may recall a few weeks ago that we brought you the news about a new documentary about the classic game Football Manager.
Well the trailer has now finally landed in our inbox, much like an angry email from our own clubs chairman in the game, and we can’t be any more excited.
Football Manager is one of the greatest games EVER because fans get to test their potential managerial skills and see how they would perform when faced with the “real-life” demands of running a football club.
JOE once took Port Vale into the Champions League in the game and we’re fairly certain that we would make a brilliant Premier League manager although we’re holding out for the Real Madrid job.
Now, back to the trailer.
Who want’s to hear a story about Alex McLeish (now managing at Genk, yes we we were shocked also) being desperately persuaded by his son to buy a 13 year old Lionel Messi?

The upcoming film will examine the video game’s impact on football culture and its broader influence within the professional game.
An Alternative Reality: The Football Manager Documentary, will be screened in the UK for one night only on Tuesday 7 October but there is no reason for Irish fans to worry.
The film will be made available for download straight after the screenings and it will also include a brief demo of the new features in Football Manager 2015.
