There are few better ways of promoting your product than with a viral stunt that gets everybody talking and the one carried out by AMC in New York recently not only had a lot of people talking, it had a lot of them sh*tting themselves as well.
In an effort to promote the return of the second half of the fourth season of the Walking Dead this weekend, AMC had a load of fans of show dress up as zombies and position themselves underneath grates in the footpath in busy areas of New York City, where they could frighten the lives out of passers-by who didn’t know any better.
The sight of dead-looking hands emerging from under the footpath would surely elicit a more extreme reaction amongst us than it did in the victims of the prank in the clip above; in fact we know just exactly how we’d react…
