Video: An Irish guide to shaking hands

The lads over at TG4 have created this helpful little video to show you what handshakes to avoid when trying to seal a deal.

There are a number of different handshakes, but there’s only one that will seal a deal, so take the advice from the guys at TG4 and avoid any of the following dodgy handshakes… especially the ‘Junior B’ and the ‘Scobe’.

We’re sure you’ve come across more than one of the dodgy handshakes featured in this video in the past, but just make sure not to leave someone with a wet fish the next time you’re trying to sell your clapped out car – or when you’re trying to sell anything for that matter.

The video ties in with a new show that airs on Tuesday at 8pm on TG4 (so you can catch it tonight) called ‘Díol É’.

From the TG4 website: “Díol É is a lifestyle series based on the idea of turning your unwanted items into profitable goodies. A chance to say goodbye to all the junk and hello to a better bank balance and a bit of head and home space!”

For more on ‘Díol É’ head over to TG4.ie.
