We’re all in agreement that Guardians of the Galaxy was the best film released this summer right?
We know that Transformers: Age of Extinction was of course the new Citizen Kane but the latest film in the Marvelverse (that word has to be in the dictionary by now) was absolutely perfect and a large art of this was due to the leading man Chris Pratt.
Death… taxes… Kilkenny winning Liam McCarthy… and Marvel films making millions at the box-office are all just inevitable facts of life but this clip of the the actor on Saturday Night Live parodying his own film is brilliant.

If that video didn’t make you love Pratt even more then his opening monologue from the show definitely will.
It would be so easy to dislike him, after all he stars in probably the funniest show on TV, was the lead actor in the summer’s best film and he is married to Anna Faris but yet it’s impossible not to like him.
Here he is embarrassing his wife in front of millions of people. It’s a shame he didn’t play any Mouse Rat.
