Can anyone else believe it’s 21 years since he wrote this?

It’s neither today nor yesterday that Conan O’Brien left a writing job on The Simpsons to become one of the biggest talk show hosts in the States, but he’s gone back to his roots in absolute style.

The cast and crew of The Simpsons debuted their live show ‘The Simpsons Take The Bowl’ at the Hollywood Bowl on Saturday night, and the absolute highlight was O’Brien donning his Lyle Langley suit and performing one of the show’s best loved musical numbers.

Needless to say, this comes with a tribute to the late Phil Hartman, who voiced Langley and countless other Simpsons characters before his tragic death in 1998.
