It’s still hard to believe that Paul Walker is gone, but this is a touching and highly emotional tribute to his memory by the Fast and Furious franchise.

Walker passed away after he was involved in a car crash in California last weekend, news which caused shockwaves amongst the entertainment community and amongst fans of the Fast and Furious franchise worldwide.

Walker will be best remembered for his role as Brian O’Conner in five episodes of the Fast and Furious series – he didn’t appear in Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift – and the team behind the franchise paid tribute to his memory with a montage of his appearances throughout the series finishing with the line ‘In Loving Memory’ at the end.

The blurb under the YouTube video encourages fans to make donations to Paul’s charity Reach Out Worldwide (ROWW) in lieu of flowers and gifts (donations can be made here); philanthropy was a huge part of Paul’s life and he was on his way to a charity event for ROWW in aid Typhoon Haiyan victims when the crash occurred.

The Rock (AKA Dwayne Johnson), meanwhile, who starred alongside Walker in Fast and Furious 6, also posted the photo below along with his own tribute to Walker on his Instagram account last night.

He’ll be sadly missed.
