This low budget movie has had to overcome a few speed bumps along the way, but the official trailer looks pretty decent
The combination of porn star James Deen as a co-star, a borderline out of control Lindsay Lohan and a tiny budget indie flick means one of two things: this movie will be absolutely brilliant, or it will be a complete disaster.
Judging from the trailer, for now, it looks like it may well be the former, and we’re certainly intrigued to see it when it premieres on August 2nd. It does say at the end of the trailer that you can watch it from the comfort of your own home, but we’ve had a quick scout around and couldn’t find any further details on that front so far.
From the pen of Bret Easton Ellis, the man behind American Psycho, and with Paul Schrader behind the lens (Raging Bull) this movie tells the tale of a love affair dragged up from the past in the glitzy world of rich kids in Los Angeles. It’s shaping up to be pretty interesting, but with what we’ve known about Lohan’s ups and downs in the last while, we’ll reserve judgement until we see it for ourselves.
