Conan O’Brien’s late night talk show certainly produces some strange moments, perhaps none more so than Mike Tyson having a chat about Sligo
We love Conan O’Brien here at JOE towers, he’s responsible for some of the best episodes of The Simpsons ever, and we really enjoy his late night talk show.
He gets some great guests on to shoot the breeze, and last night he managed to get Mike Tyson on to chat about his new show. As they’re finishing up the interview, Mike jumps in with a few points that are, at best, loosely related to what they were talking about and one of those points is, of course, about the lovely county of Sligo and Oliver Cromwell.
There’s one Cromwell hater or sympathiser in the crowd who applauds when Tyson mentions Oliver, but we presume they were just clapping because it’s Mike Tyson, and we’d agree with anything he’d say in case he punches us in the face really hard.
