Hugh Jackman is back(man) with a new trailer for The Wolverine, and it gives us a bit of back story for his latest chapter
The mega-money making franchise that is the X-Men rumbles on this summer with the latest instalment, another movie about Wolverine.
You know what that means, more footage of Hugh Jackman putting us to shame without his top on. Is it too much to ask the man to wear a shirt for ten minutes while we shovel popcorn down our faces and drink a gallon of Pepsi and/or Coke?
Anyway, it looks like he saves some lad from getting nuked by the atomic bombs dropped on Japan back in World War II, and the guy goes on to become a kajillionaire (well for some) and wants to reward Wolverine. Along the way, something unexpected happens and he ends up losing his powers by the looks of it.
If you’re a fan of the franchise this looks like it’s going to suit you down to the ground, with the added bonus of some pretty slick looking samurai sword fights. It’s also going to be in 3D when it comes out in July.
