You've gotta love the guy. Ricky Gervais, while presenting the "big one" - the Emmy for Best Writing For A Variety Special - took the opportunity to read out his excellent winning rant speech for Best Actor In A Comedy Series... even though he didn't win.
Not a f*ck was given as Gervais, having lost to The Big Bang Theory's Jim Parsons, interrupted his own presentation to read out his no-holds-barred acceptance speech, in which he let the audience and voters know that he wasn't happy with the "cruel joke" they were all playing on him.
Now THIS is the perfect way to lose not-so-gracefully...
