Looks like an epic Hollywood film.

TV commercials in the US usually save their best work for the Super Bowl.

It’s the biggest night in American sport by miles with an estimated audience of over 111 million people watching last year’s event.

With those kind of viewing figures the ad spaces don’t come cheap, and a 30 seconds commercial during the Superbowl will cost you around $4.5m.

This Armageddon-esque commercial from portable smartphone charger brand Mophie is fantastic.

The bar has been raised.
