We never thought the Dire Straits classic could be used in The Shining.
You know what’s a great tune? ‘Walk of Life’ by Dire Straits. It’s a true earworm and you’re going to thank us/hate us for putting it in your head all day.

Besides it being an absolute classic all on its own, the 1985 belter from the album, Brothers in Arms, is also an extremely well-fitted and versatile song to end an array of movies.
Mashable has reported the findings of Peter Salomone (a certified genius, surely) who proves that The Matrix’s ending could have been a lot more funky.
