YOU could be part of the (virtual) audience on the Late Late Toy Show this year. Here’s how

The biggest show in town is a little different this year, but you can still be a part of it…

There are few dates in the calendar year in Ireland that generate near-universal excitement like The Late Late Toy Show.

Consistently one of the most-watched TV programmes of the year (in fact, it’s usually THE most-watched), tickets for the studio audience tend to be like gold dust such is the demand to be part of the fun in person, as well as having the opportunity to grab a load of freebies on typically the most generous Late Late Show of the year.

Due to current circumstances, this year’s Toy Show is going to be a little bit different, but while there won’t be anyone in studio, there will still be an audience of sorts.

For this year’s show, RTÉ is inviting families to apply to be a part of a remote, socially-distanced audience, members of which will be beamed onto television sets throughout the country from their own homes.

If you and your family would like to apply – and we should mention at this point that members of the virtual audience will be the ones receiving all the goodies normally dispensed to those in studio – all you have to do is head over to RTE.ie/latelate and apply.

The closing date is Friday, 23 October, so don’t miss out!
