Electric Picnic is back... and it's looking good.
Arctic Monkeys, Dermot Kennedy and Tame Impala have been announced as headliners for Electric Picnic 2022.
On Thursday, organisers of the festival announced the first wave of acts that will play the event in September, which will mark a return for the Stradbally showpiece after a two-year absence due to Covid-19.
Also confirmed as headliners are Megan Thee Stallion, Picture This and Snow Patrol.
Other major international acts that will play the festival include Anne-Marie, Glass Animals, The Kooks, London Grammar, Pixies, Sleaford Mods and Wolf Alice.
Meanwhile, the event boasts an impressive line-up of Irish talent including Annie Mac, CMAT, Denise Chaila, Fontaines D.C., For Those I Love, Just Mustard, Kojaque, Lyra, Orla Gartland, Saint Sister, Sorcha Richardson, The Scratch and Tolü Makay.

The festival will take place between 2 - 4 September, 2022 in Stradbally Hall in Laois.
Tickets for this year's festival go on sale on Friday, 11 March at 9am.
