Ed Sheeran took to Instagram on Monday to announce that he had been in an accident.
The singer posted a picture of his arm in a cast and stated that he had been hit by a car, which knocked him off his bicycle.

The post reads: “I’ve had a bit of a bicycle accident and I’m currently waiting on some medical advice, which may affect some of my upcoming shows.
“Please stay turned for further news. Ed x”
The accident in London comes a few days before Sheeran was due to set off on a tour of Asia.
Sheeran is down to play 15 Asia tour dates, travelling between Tokyo, Manila and Singapore from the middle of October until 23 November.
