It’s always one of our favourite events of the year…
Other Voices is one of the most special music events in Ireland and dare we say the entire world. There’s something magical about Dingle in early December when musicians and music fans descend on the Kerry town.
The first batch of artists for Other Voices 2014 have been announced today and we are giddy with excitement here in JOE Towers. Here’s who will be playing on the 12th, 13th and 14th of next month.
Damien Rice
The Irish singer-songwriter and Other Voices is the perfect fit, expect to hear stuff from his new album and hopefully a few classics.
Delorentos
One of the busiest bands in the country and we’re keen to see what they’ll do in Dingle having seen them plugged in and and stripped down.
Young Fathers
2014 Mercury Prize winners head to Kerry with a huge reputation but their album Dead is awesome so expect a mind-blowing performance.
All We Are
The Liverpudlian band will undoubtedly pick up some new Irish fans on their visit. They remind us of Metronomy meets Warpaint.
