“Fu*k them and their farm” – Wiley certainly isn’t looking forward to this year’s Glastonbury judging by his tweets…

All he really wants is money in his pocket... so he can buy a train ticket home

Eoghan Doherty

If you’re one of the lucky punters who managed to get tickets to this year’s Glastonbury festival then fair play. But if you’re one of those ticket holders and had planned on going to see Wiley perform, then you may have to reconsider because the rapper may be about to be removed from the line-up.

It has nothing to do with him coming down with a bad cold or having a bout of laryngitis, and we’re pretty sure he’s not pregnant… we think. It seems that the man himself wants to be removed because he’s just so pissed off at the rain, at his manager, at Tiesto and at the biggest music festival in the UK in general.

According to vice, Wiley sent out a series of remarkable tweets bad-mouthing the entire event and even pleaded with the organisers directly to fire him from the line-up. It’s probably safe to say now that the rapper won’t be making his one hour gig on the Sonic stage on Staurday afternoon now.

You can follow the rapper on Twitter here directly if you want to stay bang up to date on what the angry man has to say in 140 characters or less.

As the author of the piece on vice says, it seems as though the English rapper just simply realised that “a massive field full of lute players, Mumford & Sons fans and men dressed as dog gimps isn’t really for him.”

Nicely put.

Grab yourself some fresh popcorn, get comfortable and check out some of his tweets below. The third last one is by far the best as Wiley manages to slag the festival, farms AND Jay-Z. Ha!
