Groove Festival returns to Bray this July.

The Groove Festival returns this year from the foot of the Sugarloaf Mountain, in the rather fancy setting of Kilruderry House in Bray. It all happens on 7-8 July and they already have a cracker of a line-up.

On Saturday the 7th, international guests and much loved by Irish audiences, Fun Lovin’ Criminals will bring their effortless New York cool to County Wicklow.

They will be joined by The Riptide Movement and Something Happens, amongst others.

The following day sees the vocal talents of one Heather Small return to these shores. She will belt out all of M People’s and her own solo hits.

The Sunday lineup will feature our own HamsandwicH and Kila.

One more headliner – along with details of the Sony Xperia Stage line up – is to be announced in the coming weeks.

New to this year’s festival is the addition of the Live Lounge. This will feature some of the top comedy talents in the country including Totally Wired over the two days.

Intriguingly, there is another addition to the festival called ‘The Groove World of Magical Mystery’.

What’s that I hear you ask? Well, it’s a magical world in the woods of circus magicians and acrobats, pirates looking for treasure, a dark Queen looking for the fairy princess and a mad scientist trying to make them all disappear.

Sure what else would it be?
