The 2016 edition is one of the strongest Electric Picnic line-ups yet.
The stage, which features the best in upcoming and established DJs, never fails to get the crowd moving and the talent at this year’s CASA BACARDÍ will be no different. Among them will be DJs Get Down Edits who played the BACARDÍ Untameable Artists Series at Opium.
Get Down Edits is a musical collaboration between artists Darren “Daz” Dalton & Martin Roche. The pair, who started off DJing at friends parties, have been building up their national and international credentials over the years. From playing local club nights around Waterford, to hitting the decks every weekend at parties in Cork, Galway, Dublin and Belfast as well as many festivals nationally.
Their mixing and production talents have taken the duo to DJ in venues across Europe from London to Hamburg to Rome. These festival veterans are looking forward to checking out lots of acts from this year’s Electric Picnic and will be making the crowd bounce when they play the festival’s CASA BACARDÍ venue.
