Here’s the top 20 richest musicians under 30 in Britain and Ireland

Are they happy though?

Are they happy though?

We’re sure that all musicians choose this career path because of their unique passion to make art that’s deeply personal to them while simultaneously fuelling their creative instincts.

All the drink, sex, parties, adoring fans and fame are just an added bonus of course.

*Cough, cough*.

The Sunday Times have recently released their annual rich list and if Adele’s bank balance is anything to go by, it seems that she might finally stop singing all those morbidly depressing songs.

We highly doubt it though.

The list also revealed the official reason why Zayn left One Direction, he’s off to buy a yacht that’s encrusted with diamonds while Ed Sheeran seems to be earning a fair bit of wedge.

We wager that 99% of Ed’s earnings are from Irish fans alone.

Here’s the top 20 in full:

Adele £50m (€70m)
Niall Horan £25m (€35m)
