We imagine pretty much the entire country will be watching.

Kick-off time at 3.30pm, and even if you’re not from Mayo or Dublin and have no dog in this race, you probably will notice the entire country coming to a complete standstill as the All-Ireland Final takes place.

To add to the grandeur of the event, none other than Imelda May has been announced to be performing at the half-time mark.

Imelda had released her fifth studio album Life Love Flesh Blood to critical acclaim in April earlier this year.

This, of course, comes just a few weeks after Imelda perform the Irish National Anthem at the McGregor V Mayweather fight in Las Vegas.

Additionally, the Air Corps are set to take part in a fly past towards the end of the performance of the national anthem today, and four-piece Irish trad group Blás will be performing at half-time in the minor match.
