Check out some footage from the band’s trip to New York for their new single ‘You and I’…

The Riptide Movement are having a hell of a time at the moment with their album ‘Getting Through’ going to number one in the Irish charts earlier this year, their first single from that album ‘All Works Out’ was arguably the song of the summer and loads of festivals appearances under their belt, that’s a pretty sweet 2014 so far.

The Lucan quarter will release the video for their second single ‘You and I’ this Friday and the band decided that New York would be the best place to film the video, clever lads.

Some parts of the video are recorded in a classic New York style loft and some on a rooftop looking out over the city which looks awesome and also gives it a great New York vibe.
