Swords are a three-piece band based in Dublin who have earned great reviews for their most recent album, ‘Tidal Waves’. Spear-headed by the haunting vocals of Diane Anglim, they are a band with enormous potential.
They’ve released this single with all proceeds going to Pieta House. The band said ‘We wrote this song about the feeling that hits you when getting out of bed feels like heading to the trenches. Like you have to fight an invisible enemy, and win, just to stay afloat and stay ‘normal’. This takes a lot of energy, and can make you feel like you’re crazy.
