Paul McCann plays ALL the instruments.
Singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Paul McCann from Cavan, has been playing in various bands since 1996, including Aine Cahill’s band along with the power pop band The Plan and also the Johnny Cash tribute Get Rhythm.
‘Its Only A Fantasy’ is the second single from McCann’s recently released album, ‘Here Comes The Rapture’. “The song is about desiring someone who is out of your reach, like a different social standing, or just someone who’s a lot cooler than me……unrequited love and the possibilities of achieving what could only be a fantasy,” he tells us.
Paul is very much a hands on guy and on his album, he plays most of the instrumentation, including – Vocals, Lead Guitar, Rhythm Guitar, Electric Bass, Double Bass, Slide Guitar, Piano, Mellotron, Harmonica, Kazoo, and Trumpet!
