Norma Manly is a singer/songwriter from Tipperary. She's a jazz and blues vocalist and has a voice which is rich in quality and perfectly suited to the blues genre. Handy so, that this song is called 'Blue'. It's the title track from her debut EP release, also called Blue, and it's a real indicator that this talented lady is here for the long haul.
