A new single from Barry Wilson ahead of the release of his debut album.
Barry Wilson Music is a large ensemble project led by, as you might expect, Barry Wilson, a musician, composer and songwriter from Cork. We've featured his stuff before and this is the final single release from his forthcoming debut album. The new track features the breathtaking voice of Sara Ryan, an award-winning Irish songwriter who has lent her immense talents to Barry's project before on their collaboration 'Starlight', which was released last year.
The piece, written and arranged by Barry Wilson, is a dark ballad of sorts, combining rich orchestration between a full band, string section and brass section, interwoven to create a unique sound with strong emotional resonance both lyrically and musically.
