A brand new single from a band definitely worth keeping an eye on in 2021.
Post-Party, if you’re not already aware are a four-piece indie pop band based in Dublin, made up of Keelan O’Reilly, Peter Toal, Colin Peppard and Matthew O’Reilly.
Their new single, ‘Being Honest’, comes with bags of energy and zest and a very cool video to accompany it. As far as the video is concerned, think Karate Kid, except replace karate with badminton. Yes, really.
Post-Party formed in 2018 and since then have forged a reputation from their raucous, high-energy live gigs and sound.
Drawing from episodes of their formative years, Post-Party imbue their guitar pop with a honed youthful energy of catchy hooks and bouncy lyrics.
Touted by a few as ones to watch in 2021, it’ll be interesting to see where the journey takes them, but the early signs are promising.
This is a fun, catchy single, ahem… being very honest.
