The Noel Gallagher/Lewis Capaldi beef continues.
Who would have thought that the biggest beef of 2019 would be between Lewis Capaldi and Noel Gallagher?
Not us anyway, but we’re certainly enjoying it…
It all started a couple of weeks ago, when Noel Gallagher said in an interview that: “Music is fucking wank at the moment. Who’s this Capaldi fella? Who the fuck’s that idiot?”
You might have thought the Scottish singer would have been upset by the remarks made by the Oasis legend, but instead he offered a hilarious response.
Taking to his Instagram, following the comments being aired, he said: “Fucking c’mon!”
“Fucking peaked – slagged off by Noel Gallagher!” he added.
And now, at Glastonbury 2019, another chapter in the book has been written.
Capaldi came out to Shane McMahon’s WWE theme song, dressed up in a parka jacket, sun glasses, and a Noel Gallagher t-shirt.

As you can imagine, the crowd loved it. He’ll be doing well to outdo Stormzy though, who really stole the show with his performance on Friday night.
Saturday night will see The Killers headline the main stage, before the festival is closed by The Cure on Sunday night.
