Liam Gallagher slags off Noel over “drink-free” gigs

Liam Gallagher

Liam rarely holds back when talking to his brother.

The younger Gallagher has reached out to Noel on Twitter to suggest an Oasis reunion, but in true Liam style, has couched it in terms that are more familiar to him — that is to say, he’s slagged Noel off again.

Specifically, Liam is slagging Noel off for “doing gigs where people can’t drink alcohol.”

In a tweet on Thursday evening, Liam wrote: “Earth to noel listen up rkid I hear your doing gigs where people can’t drink alcohol now that’s the BeZarist thing you’ve done yet I forgive you now let’s get the BIG O back together and stop fucking about the drinks are on me LG x”

While it’s hard to keep up with the brothers’ tumultuous relationship, Oasis haven’t played a gig together since later 2009, and that doesn’t seem like changing any time soon. The band’s career was marked by disputes between the two brothers, who reportedly no longer speak to one another.

The pair both tour with their individual projects, and Noel turned down the chance to play with Liam at Ariana Grande’s concert in aid of the Manchester bombing victims.

Whether Noel response to this latest offer remains to be seen, but something tells us that the older Gallagher bro is unlikely to take it well.
