A limited number of Rod Stewart tickets will go on sale for his Cork concert

Some fans out there will be very happy.

It’s been announced that following confirmation of stage and production details, a limited number of extra tickets are being released for Rod Stewart at Páirc Uí Chaoimh, Cork on Saturday 25 May.

Tickets had originally sold out but the promoter has said that an extra allocation had become available.

As one of the best-selling artists in the world, with more than 200 million records sold worldwide, his performance will include some of his greatest hits as well as

Tickets will go on sale on Thursday 14 March at 9am.

In other news, Rod Stewart will also be on The Late Late Show next week and RTÉ on Thursday issued a call for fans of of him for the studio audience.

The interview is being pre-recorded on Tuesday afternoon, 12 March, and RTÉ want to pack the audience with some of the biggest Rod Stewart fans in Ireland.
