Hello? Is it this gig you’re looking for?

Lionel Richie has been going strong since his self-titled debut album was released in 1982 and he has remained a worldwide fan favourite performer over the decades and albums he has released since then.

‘All Night Long’, ‘Dancing On The Ceiling’, ‘Endless Love’, ‘I Call It Love’, ‘Do It To Me’, ‘Truly’, ‘Penny Love’, ‘Say You Say Me’ and, of course, ‘Hello’, are all absolute bangers – ranging from up-tempo, can’t stop dancing bangers to slow ‘n’ sad ballad bangers – and they’re just the ones we know off the top of our head!

And the good news is he’ll be bringing his latest tour, appropriately titled the Hello Tour, to Ireland next year.

He’ll be performing in St. Anne’s Park, which proved a pretty great outdoor venue for Kodaline and Chic this year, on Saturday 6 June 2020, just a few days before his 71st birthday.

Tickets for the gig go on sale Friday 8 November at 9am, so if you feel like Dancing On The Ceiling, you know what to do.
