No prizes for guessing the most overplayed tune of 2014…

The 20 most played songs on Irish radio in 2014 have finally been revealed and if you already guessed that Pharrell’s ‘Happy’ would make it to the top spot then you’d be WRONG…

Only joking, of course. Happy came in at number one. Unsurprisingly.

Irish artists didn’t do too badly on the airwaves last year, with five making the top 20 list in total and there were one or two dark horses that did well among the rest of the entries.

So, without further ado, here’s a look and a listen to the top 20 played songs on Irish radio last year…
