Anyone up for a trip to China?

Ryan is currently on tour in China and he’s been keeping us updated every step of the way. 
Day 10.
“The journey is coming to an end. It’s always the same feeling when a tour is coming to an end, you feel the urge to get back to reality more and more.”
“Being in China is like being on another planet. And I mean that because it has its own version of everything from the ground up.”
From when we first arrived in China and were met by the spectacular culture shock, to the amazing Shanghai Music Expo that is like its own city. We’ve actually travelled full circle.”
“We flew into Shanghai, went north to Xuzhou, then went south to Guangzhou, then south-east to Shenzhen and finally back up north to Shanghai. Every city having its own characteristics.”
“The way we got to experience these cities was very unique because of Mayson and Alex Wang showing us the real China.”
“There are already plans for another tour next year, with gigs with a minimum capacity of 10,000 people! Now that sounds insane and I look forward to it.
“There are plans coming together that sound so exciting and this country is somewhere where the music industry is blooming.”
“We are still playing regular slots at the Mayson booth at the expo but right now we’ve just come off stage in an Irish bar in downtown Shanghai.
“Even in China the Irish bar seems to be the most popular place to go. Typical. Even Carlow is being represented here!”
“Next week I’m playing JOE.ie and Her.ie Sunday Sessions on Thursday 22th and the Cork Jazz Festival on Sunday 25th so I’m looking forward to coming home but this adventure will remain in my memory forever.”
“When I go home and someone asks me (in the most stereotypical Irish way possible) how China was, I’ll be lost for words. How can I even put this trip into words? It’s one of those things that you have to experience for yourself.”
“It’s so removed from western culture, it feels like a dream. But I know that this is only the beginning. I know that there’s more to China yet to face.”
“Whoever feels like having an eye-opening time that you won’t forget, the answer is simply….China.”
