Spend enough time on the Luas and you’ll spot all sorts of characters, including a dead-ringer for Noel Gallagher that was spotted by JOE reader Peter O'Brien Gleeson on the red line around 11pm last night. noelgallagherluas With everything from the jacket, the hair, the pork chop locks and even the general demeanour, this guy is every inch the Rock n’ Roll Star and is so convincing that he looks like he’s on his way to a Noel Gallagher lookalike convention.
