Pic: Irish girl living in Toronto gets a lift home from Deadmau5 in his McLaren

Well, this is bloody deadly…

You know how it is, you’re looking for a lift home so you fire up an app, be it Hailo or Uber (other apps are also available!) and then up pulls Deadmau5 in his amazing McLaren to drop you home.

That highly unlikely state of affairs is what happened to Irish immigrant Ciara McDonnell, who happened to get a spin home from the superstar last night.

Deadmau5, Joel Zimmerman to his Ma, lives in Toronto and he decided to do a bit of Uber driving to pass the time. To be honest, we barely recognised him without his famous Mickey Mouse-esque ears.

That ‘puurrrrfect’ line from Mullingar-native Ciara refers to the performer’s now infamous ‘Purrari’ which he is reported to have sold this summer.

Instead last night he was doing Uber pick ups in a McLaren 650s, which isn’t too shabby either.
