Eurovision fever starts here.
Johnny Logan is one of the very few Irish celebrities that nobody – and we really mean nobody – has a bad word for.
This is a man who brought us European success long before Ray Houghton stuck the ball in the back of the English net, long before Brian O’Driscoll tore France a new one and long before we tidied up for the Boys in Green.
The three-times Eurovision winner – twice as singer for ‘What’s Another Year?’ and ‘Hold Me Now’, once for composing Linda Martin’s ‘Why Me?’ – is always on our mind at this time of year in particular, and with Eurovision 2017 in Ukraine just a week away there’s no better time to present the Johnny Logan tattoo.
This is magnificent.
We’d like to thank Angus Wall in AWOL Tattoos & Piercing in Galway City for sending this our way. The ‘Douze Points’ seals it.
Great work.
