The show must, and will, go on…
In case you’re just waking up, U2 kicked off their much-anticipated iNNOCENCE and eXPERIENCE world tour in Vancouver, Canada, last night and, as Bono and the boys were still looking for something that they hadn’t quite found, The Edge unfortunately took a tumble off the stage.
That’s right, the Edge fell off the edge.
There’s a decent joke in there somewhere, but we just can’t find it.
Thankfully, the be-hatted guitarist wasn’t badly injured and posted a picture of his scuffed arm, along with what looks like a glass of champagne, to the official U2 Instagram account saying, “didn’t see the edge, I’m OK!!”
The lads continue their tour by playing Vancouver again tonight. Somebody bring along some safety cones.
