PICS: There’s a lot of talk that The Stone Roses are releasing a new single this week

If this is true, we're pretty ecstatic.

We here in JOE are massive Stone Roses fans, so when news emerged earlier this year that they were releasing new material, we got very excited. Now, there's a lot of discussion that the iconic Manchester band are about to release a brand new single from this very material and, well... you can imagine our reaction. According to NME, the group, who have reportedly had to cancel two of their Tokyo gigs because drummer Reni has broken his ribs, will have a new single out imminently. Who has revealed this great news?
