Pixies announce mega-super-awesome gig with Arcade Fire in Ireland next summer

The concert of the summer has been announced, so you had better start saving your pennies now

Arcade Fire announced last week that they would be playing a gig in Ireland while touring in support of their new album Reflektor, which had a lot of people excited about getting a chance to see them in Marlay Park next summer.

That excitement was ramped up to 11 after the legendary Pixies announced this morning that they would be playing two shows in Ireland too, and that one of them would be with Arcade Fire.

No details yet on when exactly the tickets go on sale, but we don't imagine they'll last very long. JOE will be first in the queue, no skipping.
